Drake and DJ Khaled Team Up on "To the Max"

"Get em right, get em right."

"Get em right, get em right."

Text: Ian David Monroe

There is nothing that DJ Khaled and Drake do that isn't to the max, which is why that phrase makes the perfect track title for their latest collaboration. The two rappers trade verses on a track all about success, something both have seen plenty of in the last year. On his verse, Drake says, "Now all of a sudden, people say we cousins/I keep hearin' all this 'You my brother' talk, I can't relate to nothin'," in an obvious reference to the leeches that come with fame.

Previously, the two appeared together on "For Free," "No New Friends," "Fed Up," and more. "To the Max" comes as another single off Khaled's forthcoming record, Grateful, out June 23. The album is famously covered by Khaled's infant son, Asahd, who is also listed as the executive producer.
