A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie Drops Deluxe Version of ‘Artist 2.0’
The Bronx rapper is also making a generous donation to his former elementary school.
Alongside the rapper’s announcement that his third studio album Artist 2.0 will be seeing a deluxe version, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie pledged $100,000 worth of tablets and laptops to his old elementary school, the Bronx’s PS 126.
“As part of this release, I am donating $100k worth of tablets/laptops to my old elementary school, PS 126, in the Bronx, so that they can do their remote learning in the safest way,” the Bronx-bred rapper said on Instagram. “With everything going on in the world, I believe it’s important to invest in the youth because by doing so, we are investing in a better future.”
Artist 2.0 (Deluxe) drops this Friday through Highbridge The Label/Atlantic Records and includes nine new tracks. One of those tracks is “Bleed”, which now features accompanied visuals courtesy Hidji Films aka AWGE‘s direction.
