Acne Studios tapped British artist Daniel Silver, a close friend and frequent collaborator of the house, for an exclusively designed capsule collection of t-shirts. Based on the artist’s designs for Floragatan 13, Acne Studios’ new headquarters in Stockholm, each graphic design pays respect to the brand’s contemporary contributions to fashion. 

For each t-shirt, the artwork features collages bonded onto jersey fabric, an identical technique to the original oeuvres that each piece is inspired by. Every collage must be cut and assembled by hand as the process requires diligent focus, lending a genuine, hand-crafted feel. As a final component, Silver’s initials are stitched onto the back of each t-shirt in the exact typeface that the artist uses to claim his full-scale work. 

Crafted in limited quantities, the special edition Daniel Silver t-shirts are available in four original collages, playing with altering colors and fabrics atop four base colors: white, black, green, and pink.
