Adam Lambert’s Feel Something Foundation partnered with LGBTQ organization GLAAD for its first major fundraiser—a wardrobe auction of some of Adam’s most iconic stage looks are open for bidding on eBay for Charity today through May 6. “The Feel Something Foundation is honored to partner with GLAAD and eBay for our first fundraiser,” said Adam Lambert. “The funds raised through this eBay auction will be instrumental in helping the LGBTQ community during these unprecedented times.”

Fans can bid on Adam’s wardrobe pieces and all funds raised from winning bids will go directly to GLAAD for their continued support of LGBTQ people in need during the pandemic. Iconic items include a Saint Laurent Leopard Tuxedo Jacket worn during X Factor performance with Queen, Skin Graft Leather Studded Jacket worn during The American Idol Live Tour 2009, Dolce & Gabanna three Piece Suit worn during North American Rhapsody Tour with Queen, and many more.

 The musician, actor and activist launched the foundation (FSF) in late 2019, with the mission to support LGBTQ+ organizations that are moving the needle for communities of all ages and backgrounds. GLAAD, is an LGBTQ advocacy organization that  works to accelerate LGBTQ acceptance. GLAAD pushes against anti-LGBTQ activists and policies and serves as an inspirational storyteller that works through all forms of media to share impactful and heartwarming stories. 

During the current crisis, GLAAD’s work has never been more important. Several LGBTQ young people are isolating in homes that might not be affirming and are turning to media that GLAAD works with—television, film, video games, and social media—as lifelines. GLAAD has also used its platform to pay tribute to LGBTQ heroes on the front line during COVID-19 and assisting local LGBTQ organizations that provide vital services for individuals. 

Lambert announced the charity auction during GLAAD’s “Together in Pride: You Are Not Alone” livestream event which benefitted local LGBTQ community centers around the world. With more than 120 Pride marches and festivals cancelled, GLAAD is now working on new programming and campaigns for Pride month to unite the global LGBTQ community.
