Adidas and Prada Unveil New Colors of the A+P LUNA ROSSA 21

The iconic sneaker now comes in grey and black colorways.

Adidas and Prada have teamed up again to introduce two new colorways of their iconic A+P LUNA ROSSA 21 sneakers, which will now come in black and grey versions. The shoes were originally crafted for sailing, and the grey model was designed to be the lifestyle version of the sneakers worn by the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli team when they won the PRADA Cup.

The black version celebrates both brands’ heritage, with a discreet tonal make-up. In addition to some of the labels’ history, the A+P LUNA ROSSA 21 also takes inspiration from the aesthetic codes of the AC75 Luna Rossa boat.

The shoe features an upper made of PRIMEGREEN, high-performance materials that are accompanied by a hydrophobic E-TPU outer shell, an ergonomically designed EVA tongue, a specially designed speed lacing system, and a perforated synthetic suede inner saddle. The piece is complete with a performance-inspired frame that sits atop a perforated BOOST midsole and a wrap-around outsole, giving the wearer more freedom of movement.

Both versions come with a red PRADA strip detail on the sole and the signature Adidas three-stripes motif, which are also featured on the water-resistant pouch bag that accompanies the sneakers with an elegant co-branded box inside.

The new colorways of the A+P LUNA ROSSA 21 sneaker are launching globally on July 19 and will be available at Prada boutiques, Adidas flagship stores, Prada.comAdidas.com, and Confirmed. The black version will also be available at selected retailers.
