adidas Skateboarding is celebrating its 15-year partnership with pro skate legend and adidas Skateboarding premiere team rider, Dennis Busenitz, with the release of the Busenitz Indoor Super.

The release is both a commemoration of the trailblazing collaboration and global franchise, as well as a celebration of the milestone between the brand and rider. The shoes, inspired by an iconic indoor squash model from the 80s, pay tribute to one of the longest running franchises in its category and simultaneously honor one of its most iconic team riders.

“In a world of 15 seconds, 15 years is truly something special,” said Busentiz. “I’m looking forward to another 15 years of fun with adidas Skateboarding through traveling, skating and making good shoes.”

The Busenitz Indoor Super is reimagined with a sleek new look, featuring high performance enhancements for skate. Guided by Busenitz’s creative vision and pro skate insight, the shoe arrives in a flexible perforated suede upper for extended durability alongside nylon overlays and a stabilized canvas for a secure fit. Breathability is of the highest importance, which is why the shoe includes mesh lining throughout.

adidas has never been one to skip on the details.

The footwear sports a classic rubber patterned sole for added support board control — plus, extra style points.

Rounding out the aesthetics is the shoe’s classic signature color combination of black, gold and red. Giving the shoes an iconic, instantly recognizable look. On the heel tab, the roman numerals “X” and “V” in serrated detailing can be found, symbolizing the 15-year legacy that has been created between Busenitz and the brand.

The adidas Skateboarding x Busenitz Indoor Super retails for $100.00 USD, and will be available for purchase on Aug. 7 on adidas.com and at select skate retailers worldwide.
