With fashion’s finest and a slew of stylish celebrities, the British Fashion Council hosted The Fashion Awards 2021 last night in London. Commemorating the intersection of fashion and culture, the council handed out a range of awards honoring standout designers and forces of fashion.

The event opened with actor Idris Alba reciting ‘When Great Trees Fall’ by Maya Angelou—a powerful tribute to the late Virgil Abloh.
