Mexico-based design collective Boyfriend's Shirt presented their newest menswear collection at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week MX this past weekend. The trio of designers, Laura Carrillo, Cristina Laurenco, and Manuel Forte have created a cohesive collection by developing crisply tailored, geometric activewear with multi-occasion purpose. Reading extremely well in this collective's lineup is their ability to trust the selected color story, as well as a keen attention to detail without adding any unnecessary flair. One standout design within this successful collection is the lapeled and belted bib, creating the illusion of a trench coat and reimagining the staple.
