Coney Island – NYC

Sun, surf, and unique entertainment, a little more than one hour, you can transport from bustling Manhattan to the amusement of Coney Island in Brooklyn. An aquarium, action-packed rides, restaurants, shops, it’s not only a beach but also an amusement park. From roller-coasters to go-karts, to live entertainment, and boardwalk games, beachfront Coney Island has something for everyone.

Nature lovers, you don’t want to miss out on Sandy Hook. Located on a thin peninsula that juts into lower New York Harbor, the Sandy Hook Unit of Gateway National Recreation Area is a park with expansive ocean and bay beaches for swimming, fishing, picnicking, scuba diving, surfing, windsurfing and bicycling.  Also, nature lovers, this is THE park for you! It has extensive hiking trails, bike paths, salt marshes, a spectacular holly forest and more than 300 species of birds.

 

Asbury Park Beach – NJ

In Asbury Park, you can not only enjoy the beach and surf, but also have fun in the wonderful downtown to shopping, dining, and, yes, clubbing! Art galleries, antiques, retail shops, here, you can even have a good time at a game of oceanfront mini-golf. It the perfect place for either a family trip or a date.

 

Main Beach – East Hampton

Cooper Beach – South Hampton

With white sandy shores and a wide stretch of historic mansions, this popular but not-too-crowd beach is full of relaxing vibes.
