At Paris Fashion Week, Craig Green and Fred Perry showed a little more ambition than their previous works together. After two iterations of their co-designed Fred Perry Shirt, the two British brands reunited to present their first full collection.

Unveiled at Craig Green Spring/Summer 2026 Menswear show, the five-look (nine-piece) collection perfectly situated itself within the context of this season’s show, as well as both the brands’ identity.
Although simple, the collection is flooded with reference. Subculture, athletics, workwear, pretty much every British design code is prevalent. However, the pieces are more stripped back, looser.

The classic Fred Perry Shirt, once the uniform of Mods and Britpop musicians, appears in a palette of Uniform White and Industrial Green. However, its raw-edge piqué panels elevate it from the classic silhouette we are used to seeing. This subtle shift amongst all the garments moves it away from nostalgia. It’s more like a reconsideration.

The outerwear further the combination of the house codes. The iconic Fred Perry Harrington Jacket gets quilted using Craig Green’s signature vertical technique. The jacket also features a collar that folds and fastens with a hidden strap, and a second jacket, in a boxier silhouette that plays more on proportion. The outerwear is rounded out by a waxed cotton jacket that nods to the iconic construction of a fishtail parka.
What emerges from these pieces is a modern ode to the brand’s place in British culture. The pieces are designed to evolve with that wear, and fit into a number of categories. At its core, the collection is a reminder that British style has always been about more than aesthetics, it’s about how clothes are lived in and reimagined.
Fred Perry x Craig Green launches online and in select Fred Perry shops on October 16.
