Danger Incorporated Returns With “Hackers of the World Unite”
Danger Incorporated release their major label debut, “Hackers Of The World Unite.”
Louie Dufflebags and Boothlord, the duo behind Danger Incorporated, have fused genres and styles from all across the board to create a 16-track beast of an album. The project, titled Hackers of the World Unite, is inspired by one of the pair’s favorite movies, 1995’s Hackers. The album is their first major label release and features collaborations with producers like Working On Dying.
Synth, grunge, rap, they’re all here in abundance. Atlanta based Danger Inc’s music falls in line with the many genre-defying young artists currently topping charts. Still, whether it’s the old-school, futuristic sound effects or pop-culture callbacks (e.g. “sparkle like I’m Edward Cullen, yeah, yeah” from Twilight), something has this modern record dripping in nostalgia.
Dufflebags and Boothlord have been refining their sound since the high school days. Though this may be somewhat of a main stage debut for them, the music shows they are already more than comfortable with their unique style. With the release of their latest and highly-anticipated album, their loyal following, the “danger gang,” is sure to grow. Throw on your 90s mini-frame shades and let Hackers Of The World take you on a trip through the interweb.
