Drake and Pusha T’s relationship may never recover from their long-standing beef, which boiled over last month when Pusha called out Drake on “Infrared” for not writing his own songs, last night Drizzy paused the mudslinging with the year’s most unexpected high school reunion. In the new video for his track “I’m Upset,” off his album Scorpion dropping on June 29, Drake leans into his relatively vanilla roots, reuniting the cast of the Canadian teen drama Degrassi: The Next Generation, in which Drake née Aubrey Graham played the swaggering jock Jimmy Brooks for eight seasons.

The heartwarming dose of fan-fiction sees all of the original cast members back at a Drake-ified Degrassi High, brandishing red cups and performing slow-motion dance breaks in the hallways. But the video isn’t totally without shade: in it, Drake’s posse chases down the character of Rick, who was responsible for paralyzing Jimmy—and possibly serves as an avatar for Drake’s present-day enemies.

Instantly iconic cameos include queen bee Paige Michalchuk (Lauren Collins), goth girl Ellie (Stacey Nash) Jimmy’s girlfriend Ashley (who definitely brought the ecstasy), and the return of Terri, who fell into a coma after sustaining a head injury on season three (also Rick’s fault). Nina Dobrev, who joined the cast in season six, and Jay and Silent Bob also make notable appearances.

While the video may not totally resolve the rapper’s ongoing conflict with Pusha T, it certainly sends the message that, if Paige and Ellie can get along, anyone can.
