While we’re counting down the hours until we can see Timothée Chalamet as Paul Atreides in Denis Villeneuve's remake of the Sci-fi spectacular, Dune, there’s been some updates. Of course, VMAN muse Chalamet is enough for us to sit through a two-and-a-half-hour feature film about a desert planets and intergalactic emperors, but the cast just keeps getting better and we can’t wait until its November 20th, 2020 release date.

There will be way more to ogle over than just our Call My By Your Name fav; There’s big roles in store for A-list names like Oscar Isaac, Jason Momoa, Josh Brolin, and Javier Bardem. It’s safe to say that this will no doubt be one of the hottest and most anticipated films of 2020, especially after the amassed cult following of David Lynch’s 1984 version.

Thankfully, the production is starting, and it’s been reported last week that they’ve just begun filming on location in Budapest, Hungary and Jordan. We even got our first sneak peak from one of the actors–an intense shirtless pic from Brolin on Instagram, complete with a dramatic quote from the author of the original Dune novel, Frank Herbert.

While we know that there’s still over a year and a half until the film premieres, we suggest watching the 1984 trailer every day until then… you know, just to stay occupied.
