Emmys Best Dressed: The VMAN Edit
Billy Porter basically invented ruffled sleeves.
The Emmys is one of the most important nights for entertainment. But for fashion-obsessed people like myself, it is one of my favorite nights to tune in solely for the red carpet. Despite the show’s highs and lows, we loved seeing our favorite actors conquer the Emmys on and off stage. From entirely sequined suits to platform heels, here are the best looks from last night.
Regé-Jean Page
Like everyone else, I too am obsessed with Bridgerton, and that is why I was smitten seeing Regé-Jean Page at this year’s Emmys. The Duke of Hastings wears a silk Giorgio Armani suit on the red carpet.
Jason Sudeikis
The Emmys is not like your average locker room. The Ted Lasso star stands out in a blue velvet Tom Ford suit that we don’t want to “be a goldfish’’ for. Who doesn’t want to forget this look?
Bowen Yang
I think Bowen Yang’s shoes were robbed from winning an Emmy this year. Yang wore a suit by Ermenegildo Zegna, and silver heels from Syro. You can thank me later.
Seth Rogen
Yes, we also heard the pumpkin-spice latte comparisons, and yes, we may agree to some extent. We love fashion statements, and love this pink, orange and brown suit on Seth Rogen especially.
Daveed Diggs
Daveed Diggs always understands the assignment. The Internet was raving about the beaded details on his Versace suit, and we definitely are too. Pictured here with Emmy Raver-Lampman.
Billy Porter
He is THE moment, and no matter if you agree or not, no one does the red carpet better than Billy Porter. This all black look by Ashi proves just that.
Leslie Odom Jr.
BRB this is my excuse to listen to the Hamilton soundtrack on repeat. From head-to-toe, Leslie Odom Jr. wears a white sequined Dolce & Gabbana suit.
O-T Fangbele
This was one of my favorite looks of the night. The Handmaid’s Tale actor wears a traditional Nigerian agbada to the Emmys.
