Études Fuses 90s fashion with 2021 in their AW 2021/22 collection

Paris becomes a playground for the vibrant Autumn/Winter ’21 collection in a short film released by the label.

The collection is reminiscent of 90s grunge with a 2021 twist. Think Kurt Cobain in a post-Covid world: oversized plaid, unisex sweaters, and chain necklaces galore. Standout hues include burnt orange, deep grays, and navy. Aptly designed for WFH, the line features oversized chunky knits and wide-leg pants, comfortable and way more stylish than the usual sweatpants. Acid wash makes an appearance in neon green and black sweatshirt, suitable attire for our times of quarantine, and an army green bomber jacket paired over a Beavis and Butthead printed t-shirt mixes vintage with modern. Études perfectly encapsulates the spirit of the times imbued with a longing for a bygone era.

Like the short film, the collection itself is a celebration of individuality and expression. Known for its multifaceted collaborations and diverse media, Études Studio brings a contemporary reflection of the city into the garments, merging a union between timeless staple pieces and modern prints and silhouettes spanning a warm-toned palette.
