All across New York City yesterday, celebrities, influencers, sports moguls, and fashion’s biggest names primped and perfected for The Met Gala, celebrating the newest exhibit in the Anna Wintour Costume Center, “In America: An Anthology of Fashion.” This year’s theme, Gilded Glamour and White Tie called for excess, opulence, and historical reference. Among the A-listers ascending the stairs was Manu Rios, Spanish actor, model and influencer best known for his role as Patrick Blanco Commerford on the Netflix series Elite. With over 10 million Instagram followers and a loyal fanbase, Manu stunned in an all-black, sheer suit complete with hand-sewn crystals and a deep v-neck.
Follow along with VMAN as we give you behind-the-scenes access to the creation of Manu’s look with Moschino and creative director Jeremy Scott.
