Getting Ready: Arthur Conti Sets the Scene for the ‘Carrie’ Premiere

The budding actor and Letterboxd aficionado takes a starring role in the Prime Video series
A crowd gathered outside Village East Cinema in New York City for the premiere of Carrie, Prime Video’s latest adaptation of Stephen King’s landmark 1974 horror novel. The series revisits the story of Carrie White, a teenage girl who discovers she possesses supernatural powers while enduring the cruelty of her classmates.
Summer H. Howell takes on the title role, with Arthur Conti joining the cast as Billy Nolan. After making his feature film debut in 2024’s Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, Conti returns to the screen for another turn into darker territory. Before stepping onto the Carrie premiere carpet, the actor buttoned up a Western-style shirt and slipped into a pinstripe suit, all to the sound of Julia Wolf’s ‘In My Room.’
