Getting Ready: Jacob Whiteduck-Lavoie Preps for Tommy Hilfiger’s Spring 2027 Showcase
The Canadian actor takes VMAN into the dressing room before his departure to New York’s Plaza Hotel
In the spirit of New York Fashion Week, Tommy Hilfiger returned to his home (literally). The brand’s Spring 2027 show was held at New York City’s Plaza Hotel, a historic building in which the Hilfiger family once resided. The Plaza Hotel served as the backdrop for the September 10th event showcase, which featured spectacular looks from the brand, ground shaking performances from some of music’s hottest talent, and an audience packed full of cultures most relevant and talked about figures.
Among them was Canadian actor Jacob Whiteduck-Lavoie, star of the series First Line and, most recently, the 2026 title Sterling Point. Whiteduck-Lavoie took VMAN through his preparation process for the show, before taking on a soon-to-be iconic night at The Plaza.
