Giuseppe Zanotti and Evan Mock Partner on Streetwear Capsule Collection

The dynamic actor and Italian luxury house collaborate on streetwear range ‘Giuseppe x Sorry in Advance.’

Italian luxury house Giuseppe Zanotti has teamed up with budding Gossip Girl star Evan Mock on a line of t-shirts, footwear, and hoodies. Titled “Giuseppe X Sorry in Advance,” the vibrant collection merges the chic heritage of the house with Mock’s free-spirit and multi-disciplinary approach to fashion.

“Evan is a creative force and possesses true character. He has a distinct style all his own that speaks to a new generation,” said  Giuseppe Zanotti in a statement. “Nothing about him is forced, it comes naturally—laid back but instantly noticeable.”

Featuring a graphic t-shirt, high top sneakers, and an all-black hoodie, the capsule collection is inspired by Mock’s bevy of interests — skateboarding, photography, film — seen through the refined lens of Giuseppe Zanotti. Not only referencing elements of streetwear, the t-shirt’s vibrant motif incorporates an image of the famed ‘Sorry!’ board game overlaid with the collection’s graffiti ‘Sorry’ logo.

The high top sneaker is crafted in three muted pastel color ways and mirrors the TALON silhouette of the Italian house. “The colors, the details, the materials—it all just pops in a very contemporary way,” Mock says of the collection.

Not only serving as an artistic force behind the collection, Mock took the creative reigns for the collection’s accompanying campaign — a series of energetic images and a video showcasing the collaborative capsule. “Giuseppe is full of imagination and open to experimenting,” Mock explained. “I loved working with him on the design—his eye is in the details.”
