GOLF le FLEUR x Converse Drops Gianno in Two New Colors

An ode to 90’s hiking sneakers.

Last year Tyler’s GOLF Le FLEUR collaborated with Converse to create a sneaker that fused function with style—this week they’re bringing us two more sweet colorways. Born from his love of BMX, trail hiking and undeniable LA street style influence, the Flower Boy and Converse came up with Gianno—a chunky, 90’s-inspired silhouette.

The Gianno combines the sportswear look of Converse and Tyler the Creator’s unique flair. This sneaker followed an earlier collaboration that brought us the One Star and Chuck 70. However, the Gianno deviates from the classic Chuck look and instead was designed with a chunkier, hiking sneaker aesthetic. It features a layered textile upper with leather and suede overlays, reflective details, a shock-absorbing EVA midsole, and a high-traction tread rubber outsole. “We worked to craft a design language for Tyler with nods to Converse DNA and heritage. The intent was to create something that felt contemporary and fresh, but maybe not necessarily something that looked outwardly ‘Converse’ at first sight,” said Converse’s Matt Sleep about the original launch of the Gianno.

The new colorways come in “Parfait Pink” and “Skylight,” just in time for Spring. These two new iterations drop this Thursday April 16 and retail at $130. Get them online on Converse and GOLF WANG.
