In the wake of Pride Month, Harry Styles is continuing to be an ally to the LGBTQ community—and/or the foot enthusiast community, depending on who you ask. For an upcoming auction benefiting the LGBTQ charity London Friend, the boy bander-turned-actor will part with a pair of Pride-themed Gucci slippers, which he wore on last summer’s Dunkirk press tour.

The colorful lot combines two of Styles’s apparent interests: Gucci and the gay community. He and the brand have in bed together since his 2017 solo tour, for which he exclusively wore one-of-a-kind ensembles by Alessandro Michele, and in June, Styles became the face of the house’s tailoring collection. And while he might have access to a bottomless supply of Gucci, Styles’s choice in slipper seems to have been motivated by more than fashion; the rainbow flag has been a running motif on his tour, and last month Styles brandished one at a Colorado concert following the Supreme Court’s decision in favor of the Colorado baker who refused service to a gay couple.

The upcoming auction for London Friend, a charity serving LGBTQ people battling mental health issues, will include a number of buzzworthy lots, from a Years & Years backstage pass to a Fender guitar signed by Courtney Barnett. But it remains to be seen whether it will best Styles’s last fashion-forward auction item; in 2017, he auctioned an unwashed Burberry leopard shirt from a 2014 performance, fetching $4,845.53 for UNICEF.
