Patricio Campillo’s Fall/Winter 2026 runway for Campillo connected the dots between identity and clothing. “Ultimately, the collection suggests that clothing holds a transformative power not only in how it makes us look, but in how it makes us feel,” Campillo noted in the press statement. “Identity becomes something sculpted, rehearsed, discovered, and reaffirmed through the garments we choose.”

Drawing on charro-inspired tailoring, the collection translated Mexico-rooted crafts into sharp, contemporary wear. Sweeping plumes of horse-hair trim peeked from the hem of a sculptural waist-wrapping skirt and traced the front edges of tailored jackets. Examining how clothing constructs our identity and reshapes our body, the looks actively experimented with silhouettes—how they redirect our movements and alter the space we occupy.

Sculpted T-shirts and button-downs came accented with sharp shoulders, while layered vests hugged the torso like sartorial armor. Suits and trousers were carefully pinched into controlled volumes, their structure offset by jewel-toned silks and rich suede that shimmered in between the draped layers. Geometric buttons added a playful punctuation, silver brooches unfurled across the chest, and smooth stone charms swung from the neck.

The season also deepened Campillo’s ties to Portuguese craftsmanship. Developed with APICCAPS and Mariano Shoes—the latter boasting 80 years of artisanal footwear expertise—the collaboration marked their second outing together, featuring classic boots in four colors, leather loafers with artisanal leather soles, and leather belts. Elsewhere, the bags, produced with leather goods manufacturer Belcinto, highlighted the collection’s commitment to material integrity.
