While Tod’s joined in on the “phygital” option for their resort 2021 show, the show itself was physical but without an audience and uploaded to the brand’s website. The show took place at Tod’s headquarters located in central Italy, thus being crowned the title of “Inside Tod’s Studio.”

As a summary, Tod’s wrote of the show as “An insider’s look into the creation of the Pre-Spring 2021 collections. A journey headed by the new creative director, Walter Chiapponi, that starts from DNA of the company and its values: the creative process, the evolution of the collection, and the craftsmanship magic. A behind-the-scenes story, where creativity and know-how uniquely merge together.”

The menswear featured in the resort collection boast extensive detail, and as some pieces reminisce upon ’70s high fashion, other garments saw military or utility accents. In it’s entirety though, the collection fuses what it means to be simultaneously cool and sophisticated.
