Celebrating the release of the collaborative zine that launched this Copenhagen Fashion Week as part of the 49th edition, VMAN and CPHFW welcomed industry leaders, editors, buyers and representatives of the creative industry to the official menswear dinner with VMAN co-hosted by Georg Jensen, followed by a momentous afterparty held at Soho House.

As a globally leading biannual publication with an international readership, the opportunity to highlight the best of Nordic menswear has been realized with this special friendship between CPHFW and Vman for the 49th edition of VMAN.

The zine revealed Omar Rudberg, the singer and actor who has risen to fame with Young Royals as the cover star of the zine, the accompanying shoot and interview spotlight Omar’s passion for creativity, fashion, and expression, featuring a curated selection of key Nordic brands that are part of the CPHFW community.

The zine features focus series on emerging design, encapsulating the studios of some of the most exciting names in Menswear, including P.L.N, (di)vision, HGBB, Berner Kuhl, Iso.Poetism by Tobias Birk Nielsen, Latimmier.

A series shoot celebrated the sounds of the Nordics which captured leading musicians and bands including Jeuru, Jimi Somewhere, Iceage, First Hate, Posh Isolation, Maximillian, Viagra Boys dressed in some of our most reputable designer names, from Samsøe Samsøe, Han Kjøbenhavn, Holzweiler, Martin Asbjørn, Rains, Mark Kenly Domino Tan, Wood Wood and Eytys.

With the importance of the cross-pollination of the industry afoot in the fashion landscape, a series exploring the role of designers and their muses pairs some of the most familiar faces in fashion with those that inspire them, featuring Soulland, Sunflower, Heliot Emil, Henrik Vibskov, Mark Kenly Domino Tan and Schnaydermans.

Instax captured the celebrations at the official menswear dinner co-hosted by Georg Jensen on the final day of Copenhagen Fashion Week, as well as the afterparty, with guests inclusive of international leaders from Browns Fashion, Voo Berlin, i-D, Dazed, Vogue, Matches Fashion to say the least.

With Stephen Gan and Omar Rudberg as the guests of honor, the event carried on from the last night of Copenhagen Fashion Week to the early hours of the morning.
