J Balvin Meal Coming to McDonalds

The McDonalds and Balvin team-up marks the latest celebrity meal.

Celebrity meals have seen an increase in popularity this year. Travis Scott collaborated with McDonald’s back in September and was followed by Dunkin’ Donuts who named a drink after TikTok star Charli D’Amelio.

Columbian singer J Balvin now continues the trend, following in Scott’s footsteps, by releasing his signature “J Balvin Meal” with McDonalds. The meal includes a Big Mac, medium fries and Oreo McFlurry. The price of the meal varies per region, but when ordering the meal through McDonald’s app fans will receive the McFlurry for free.

McDonald’s first posted about the collaboration this past weekend on Twitter, leaving fans to speculate what the multi-colored dot post meant. Balvin fans later connected the dots to his latest album Colores which features a similar color scheme to McDonald’s tweet.

On Monday, Balvin confirmed McDonald’s posting on his personal Twitter account.

The move comes after Travis Scott’s meal — which included a Quarter Pounder, medium fries and Sprite — was incredibly successful. J Balvin’s meal will be available November 1 in the United States.
