Last month Jamie xx released his first solo track since 2015’s LP In Colour, titled “Idontknow.” On Wednesday the electronic-garage musician, who started out with UK group The xx, dropped a video for his latest song.

Featuring Belfast-based dancer and choreographer Oona Doherty, the intensely cinematic music video was filmed in March the night before Northern Ireland went under lockdown due to the coronavirus. With co-direction from Doherty and Luca Truffarelli, the world of Jamie xx’s “Idontknow” comes to life.
