The Rolling Loud Festival brings out crowds of people every year, and 2019’s event was no exception. The famous hip hop festival had a star-studded lineup of celebrities such as Future, ASAP Rocky, DaBaby, and Machine Gun Kelly. These celebrities, together with their fans, all descended into Miami for the festival. Celebrities are accustomed to luxury wherever they go, and Miami was no exception – they had to find top-of-the-line accommodation to stay in. This is where Jan Jens and his concierge company, Jatina Group, came in – they provided the celebrities with luxurious mansions to stay in for the duration of the festival.

If you had asked Jens five years ago if he would ever rent out accommodation to celebrities, he would have laughed in your face. He had just arrived in Miami from Germany with no idea of what to do. He’d fallen in love with the city as a child when his family vacationed there and knew that he wanted to make it his home. He’d left his family’s construction business, where he worked, to start a new life in Miami.

When researching on what to do, he found out that the property market was booming there. He decided to get into rental properties and got a $39,000 loan from his father. He slowly started getting clients, and within 1.5 years, he had made $1 million in revenue. 

His excellent reputation came in handy during the Rolling Loud Festival when celebrities needed a place to stay and unwind after a long day of performances. Most of the celebrities in attendance booked his mansions well in advance, such that by the time the festival started they were fully booked.

According to Jens, the reason for Jatina Group’s success during the festival was their attention to detail. They had each guest’s favorite drink and flowers in the mansions, and were ready to fulfil each guest’s request. 

Jatina Group also had yachts and luxury cars available for rent by any of their guests who wanted to explore Miami after the festival. This all-round service, which is one of the hallmarks of Jatina Group, ensured that the celebrities had everything they needed on hand without having to leave the mansions.
