The BBC has landed an enlightening exclusive with two of the world’s leading living artists; Damien Hirst and Jeff Koons sat down with journalist Kirsty Wark to talk about the Hirst-curated exhibition, titled Now, on display at the Newport Street Gallery, until October 16.

It turns out that Hirst is a super collector of Koons’ work, and the two are quite chummy. Their relationship dates back to 1992, when the two showed work together. “Our families hung out together. I know Damien’s mother,” says Koons with a boyish grin. The respect these two have for each other is obvious, and their friendship enviable.
