Rather than walking the yard, Jeremy Meeks (a.k.a. “Hot Convict” or “Prison Bae”) is now walking the catwalk.

The blue-eyed former felon made his New York Fashion Week debut at the Philipp Plein show on Monday, strutting before a star-packed audience including Madonna, Kylie Jenner, Tyga and, regrettably, Tiffany Trump. By Tuesday, he was posing for adoring photographers outside the Moncler Grenoble show.

It is a far cry from sitting in court in an orange prison jumpsuit, but he kept his cool. Sporting a fur-lined black parka over a black bomber and slouchy pants during Philipp Plein, Meeks flaunted the bad-boy swagger that landed him behind bars in the first place.

Meeks is fresh off a two-year jail sentence for felony weapon possession. In 2014, he famously became an unlikely Internet megastar after the Stockton Police Department posted his mugshot, which promptly went viral after netizens caught sight of his striking eyes, brooding mug, and hollow cheekbones. Unbeknownst to Meeks at the time, landing in prison was a killer career move.

“OMG!!! Is a criminal, he killed my ovaries,” one commenter blared. “This guy needs to get out of the felony game and into modeling,” another wrote.

Now repped by White Cross Management and officially a Fashion Week fixture, Meeks clearly heeded that advice.
