After a series of cryptic social media teasers, Jonathan Anderson has finally unveiled the first look at his debut collection for Dior. French football icon and World Cup champion Kylian Mbappé fronts the campaign, showcasing two looks from the forthcoming Summer 2026 collection: a razor-sharp single-breasted grey blazer styled with a light blue striped shirt and a red-and-blue tie, and a classic black-tie moment.

“Kylian Mbappé is the voice of a generation and an inspiration to many people in the world of sport and beyond. These films show the charm and charisma that make him the perfect ambassador for this House,” Anderson shared on Instagram.

So far, Anderson has been building anticipation by sharing visual cues from his mood board—offering insight into the DNA behind his new direction at Dior. On two posts, he shared Polaroids by Andy Warhol: one of artist Jean-Michel Basquiat from 1982, and another of socialite Lee Radziwill, sister to Jackie Kennedy Onassis), from 1972. “As I started out on this journey, I kept returning to these photographs of Basquiat and Radziwill, who are both, for me, the epitome of style,” Anderson wrote.

In another post, Anderson has also revealed a new take on the House’s signature Book Tote. This time, the designs reimagine the covers of Bram Stoker’s Dracula and Pierre Choderlos de Laclos’s Les Liaisons dangereuses—a clever wink to his Irish background and the brand’s French legacy, respectively

The Dior Summer 2026 show will take place on Friday, June 27 at 2.30 pm CEST, with a livestream beginning at 2 pm.
