Keke Palmer To Star In Upcoming Jordan Peele Film, Potentially Alongside Daniel Kaluuya

The Hustlers actress is confirmed for a leading role in Peele’s latest project, while Kaluuya is still in negotiations.

After the meteoric success of Oscar winner Get Out and Us, director Jordan Peele has called upon singer, actress and TV personality Keke Palmer to star in his secret upcoming film. The triple threat will get to flex her acting skills as sources report she will play the film’s villain.

Best known for her role in 2019’s star-studded stripper thriller Hustlers, some might remember Palmer for her endearing childhood role as the lead in Nickelodeon’s True Jackson, VP. In a previous feature for V, Palmer discussed her history-making debut as the VMA’s first black female host.

Following his Oscar nomination for his role in Get Out, Daniel Kaluuya is in negotiations for making his return to Peele’s set as the upcoming project’s male lead. While most details are still under wraps, the film’s release date is set for July 22, 2022.
