Maison Kitsuné presented its Spring-Summer 2022 Collection, inspired by the movement

The independent fashion brand Maison Kitsuné built its savoir-faire since 2002 in its Parisian atelier and is back with an urban collection.

The comfortable quality label is once again focusing on a modern and contemporary vision which privileges practicality and aesthetics through ready-to-wear garments. The cultural identity of the capsule is highlighted in the Spring-Summer 2022 collection.

The new collection looks inspired by the movement, and gives a moose of liberty to move abroad, explore the landscape and connect with the nature. “Imagined as an excursion that is at once familiar and fresh, Creative Director Marcus Clayton situates us at ‘Maison Kitsuné Camp’, where men’s and women’s ready- to-wear embodies a contemporary and transgenerational attitude. Against the backdrop of nature, gathering together as a social community feels possible once again,” the brand specifies in which urban and rural intertwines.

The silhouettes are sublimated and gives a certain Art de Vivre accessible through high quality fabrics and the detailed conceptions. The casual and effortless fashion pieces are referring to an urban, utilitarian, street-sports elegance which is unique to the brand. Slightly oversized, the outfits can be worn layered with any other clothes as the organic colors are filling the collection.

Gradients of khaki, beige, black and white, navy and ecru are shaping a color palette which corresponds to any lifestyle in any landscapes.

In collaboration with Helinox, known for the conception of furniture and accessories, the small bags made of heavy rubber are the main piece of the vibrant sleek collection.

The relaxed, natural and innate materials enabled the brand to create logos with extra-large chain necklaces and “caps wrapped with silk scarves and poplin bandanas scramble bourgeois and preppy archetypes for an insouciant and playful statemen”.

Maison Kitsuné is the connection between the cultural identities of Paris and Tokyo, chic and natural, without artifices.
