The Future sneaker designer, Maison Margiela has just added a new silhouette to their iconic line of footwear. After reworking the shoe several times from the laminated high-tops to the deconstructed rendition, the French brand is now stripping the shoe down for summer. Margiela has created a high-end sandal from the future. 

The brand has been known for their bold statements and unique take on designs. A favorite amongst celebrities, the Future shoe has already made a mark in the industry. This new version is made with buffed nappa leather sandals, the open square toe sandal comes in solid colors —brown, white or black. It features adjustable padded leather straps at vamp and ankle with Velcro fastening. The Future sandal comes with the signature stitch and treaded rubber sole. The new version looks as if it was borrowed from a summer sci-fi movie from the ‘80s.
