We were there when, for the very first time Moncler Genius presented its collection through the visions of 11 creators, diving us in a unique digital experience which conveyed and summoned five cities, starring at this one unique event, all at the same time.

Initially in pop-up stores from all over the world, Moncler reimagined the alpine heritage and redefined the adventurer notion. Futurist, young, and groundbreaking, the place is a synonym of freedom and is immersing the travelers into a wanderlust atmosphere thanks to the mirrored surfaced evoking a mountain-like decorations; and its hypnotizing vibrant Genius yellow.

Moncler unveils the latest House of Genius capsule collection curated by Highsnobiety’s founder David Fischer in which is featured exclusive and limited collaborations and reimagined pieces, to “redefine the retail spaces to create an authentic yet modern universe of color and creativity”.

Key pieces from all Moncler Genius collection will be curated as a ready-to-wear capsule is presented, including accessories, gadgets, and collectibles. The 10 limited-edition detachable city patches will enable you to be creative and customize your puffer jackets and vest.

Knowing that the world is the place you will explore consciously, Moncler created the garment with responsible materials featuring “fabrics left over from warehouses paired with recycled nylon inner linings” and adding the packaging is made from recycled materials from sustainable sources.

In close collaboration and discussion with David Fischer, House of Genius “features a host of collaborations with some of the world’s most exciting brands, who were invited to bring their own unique ideas to the project”.

“With Cowichan-inspired hand-knitted sweaters from Canadian brand Kanata, to a Casio-powered G-Shock watch – with branding especially created for Moncler House of Genius and a choice of two straps – the essence of the brand has reached all corners of the globe. Visitors to the Moncler House of Genius will also find […] a unique range of custom-graphic casualwear from cult label Advisory Board Crystals, and two waterproof bags from German outdoor and bike bag brand ORTLIEB, featuring a 60L duffle and a 24L rack pack.”

Garments and accessories will then be available, but not only. Fujifilm, the Tokyo-based brand will present its Moncler Genius square SQ20 instant camera in addition to a pack of two films and a USB charger, to capture the moments and travel with you as a lucky charm.

Chen Peng is the name to remember as well, the visionary designer who created an Upcycling capsule to give a fresh new touch to the Moncler classic series of jackets.

The environmentally conscious mindset in which the garments are created and the functional and innovative ethos blends a sustainable vision to the brand.

The launch of the collection will be available in Moncler existing boutiques across more than 16 cities worldwide and on the digital website on moncler.com
