Moschino Unveils Spring/Summer 2021 Men’s Pre-Collection

The luxury brand’s presentation is part of Milan Digital Fashion Week.

Milan Digital Fashion Week finally kicked off on Tuesday, starting with MSMG and continuing with a strong group of designers and fashion houses, including Prada and Philipp Plein. Moschino, who gave a digital presentation, was straightforward compared to its fellow participants so far – the Italian luxury fashion house kept it short and sweet at just a minute and 53 seconds.

The digital livestream event – a first for the Italian fashion industry – hosts a variety of major luxury brands and designers. The fashion week spectacle features two in-person shows (organized for Dolce & Gabbana and Eto) and digital presentations and videos.

In the video, Moschino unveils its SS21 Men’s Pre-Collection, filled with eccentric patterns and vivid colors that the brand is already accustomed to embracing. Complete with a vibrantly painted backdrop and geometric-shaped props, the models show off several bold prints including polka dots, stripes, and space-themed graphics.

Perfectly pairing the lightning-speed tempo with its equally upbeat designs, Moschino manages to grab the viewer’s attention without dragging anything out. The presentation also includes a sharp but quick focus on accessories like matching duffle bags, fanny packs, and hats.

Milan Fashion Week will be livestreamed on The New York Times website from Tuesday, July 14 to Friday, July 17 and will be made available in the publication’s archives afterward.
