Online menswear retailer MR PORTER has launched two new exclusive collections this week, bringing new collaborations with Kingsman and AMIRI to the virtual shopping destination.

The “costume to collection” launch of Kingsman menswear was developed and inspired by filmmaker Matthew Vaughn’s upcoming film ‘The King’s Man,’ set to be released by 20th Century Studios on February 26, 2021. The new drop marks the third collaboration with Kingsman, the luxury menswear label inspired by the first film in Vaughn’s 2014 series by the same title.

‘The King’s Man’ collection evokes the classic gentleman spy’s attire seen throughout the blockbuster film franchise: clean cuts, crisp lines, and luxury fabrics for the contemporary cavalier. Taken from the film’s post-World War One setting, the military wear pieces in the line are timeless, tailored to evergreen perfection.

The first 161 pieces of the collection dropped on September 9, while a second drop of 9 “costume to collection” pieces are set to follow closer to the film’s release in February, produced with partnership collaborations including London Undercover, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Deakin & Francis, Turnbull & Asser, and George Cleverly

Standout pieces from the gentleman’s collection include a rich jade suit jacket, a burnished-leather jacket, a double-breasted shearling-trimmed wool coat, and more timeless pieces in refined earthy tones.

MR PORTER’s exclusive capsule collection with high-end LA streetwear label AMIRI launched September 2, releasing 31 new pieces.

The ‘Palm Trees And A Cool Breeze’ collection is inspired by the carefree, easy, laid-back Los Angeles skate culture spirit AMIRI is known for—cool shades of grey, icy blues, and rich pinks and greens are used throughout the collection, recalling the good vibes of the West Coast with playful and eye-catching designs.

Standout pieces from the collection include a distressed denim trucker jacket printed with a standing egret, Thrasher distressed denim jeans re-patched with Hawaiian print fabric, a pink seahorse intarsia cashmere cardigan, a patchwork Hawaiian printed loopback cotton-jersey hoodie and a standing egret-printed matching silk-twill shirt and drawstring shorts set.

“MR PORTER has been part of the continuous evolution of AMIRI and I am pleased to present this capsule filled with creativity and spirit,” said AMIRI creative director Mike Amiri. “The capsule combines several elements and various artwork and reimagines them together in a single piece.”

Developed under Mike Amiri, the collection consists of 30 ready-to-wear apparel pieces and one pair of sneakers. The elusive punk-surfer dynamic is captured in meticulous deconstruction and reconstruction: distressed denim, Baja flannels, graphic prints, SoCal tie-dyes, and vibrant aloha shirts seamlessly merge the West Coast rock-n-roll spirit with the daily lifestyle.

Shop the Kingsman and AMIRI collections on MR PORTER, and catch “The King’s Man” in theatres on February 26, 2021.
