As the creative director of MSGM, Massimo Giorgetti, hinges his designs on his love for indie music melded with contemporary art. Debuting his FW18 menswear collection at Milan Fashion Week, the designer paid homage to the city he calls home and delivered an awe-inducing show that highlighted the designer's unique take on streetwear--mixing monochromatic hues and incorporating his signature take on distinct, bold patterns.

Throughout the collection, Giorgetti weaved plaid and pinstripes together while, also infusing photographs of graffiti taken from the surrounding streets--which he placed onto t-shirts and sweatshirts. Elevating MSGM's street-meets-preppy dress code Giorgetti gave the clothes this season a stylish yet, understated rebellious touch. To heighten the Milan-themed show, guests were treated to a Franco Battiato soundtrack that embodied the collection as a whole.
