N.E.R.D. makes their grand return later this week with the release of their new album, No One Ever Really Dies, but first up, Pharrell Williams and company are unveiling one more song from the record. After linking up with Rihanna for their comeback single "Lemon" and Future for the energetic "1000", the trio is now teaming up with the knockout duo of Kendrick Lamar and Frank Ocean on "Don't Don't Do It!". Kendrick gives a standout verse in what is the first of two appearances from the rapper on the album, while Frank writes the intro, as revealed by Pharrell himself during an interview with Zane Lowe.

Pharrell also revealed that the song was inspired by the police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott and the footage of how his wife tried to stop his death, saying to Lowe, "She's filming the entire thing on her camera phone. She is saying 'Don't do it. Don't don't do it. Don't do it, Keith. Don't, don't do it.' She's telling the authorities that her husband has a TBI, that's a Traumatic Brain Injury. They're telling him to put his hands up or whatever and she knows, you can tell in her voice that she see what's going to happen. Listen to the new track below.
