New York Men’s Day Announces Brands and Dates for September Showcase

Presented by Nobis, the 18th bi-annual menswear collective will feature ten emerging menswear and genderless design labels

Mark your calendar—Starting September 9th, fashion initiative New York Men’s Day will present their 18th showcase of emerging menswear designers, taking up three floors at Hudson Yards’ Location 05 and Daylight Studios.

This season, NYMD features collections from four new brands and six returning designers, including the event’s title sponsor Nobis. The Canadian menswear brand is excited to announce their partnership as they present their Fall/Winter 2022 collection, a contemporary approach to outerwear in an age of evolving seasonal change. “Nobis, which is Latin for ‘Us’, and NYMD, share a synergy in a commitment to bringing the best and brightest new talent forward,” says Robin Yates, Co-Founder and Vice President of Nobis. “We are honored to show our support for these designers and bring our collection to the industry and to prepare New York for the seasons ahead”.

The fall presentation will be split into morning and afternoon showcases. From 10:30 to noon, five designers will present collections in individually crafted studios, spaces designed to fit the brand’s ethos and inspiration— The next five will present from 4:30 to 6. Guests and buyers will have the opportunity to experience each studio up close, exploring the simultaneous presentations freely throughout their two-hour time slots.

Featured menswear brands of this season’s NYMD are: Amirok, Atelier Cillian, Holo Market, Nicholas Raefski, Nobis, Teddy Vonranson, Terry Singh, and Todd Patrick. Genderless and genderfluid features are: A.Potts, Fried Rice, and SO.TY.

Along with their physical presentation, each collection will be available for viewing online at CFDA’s RUNWAY360.
