The air was thick with sweat and tension as people gathered at Brooklyn's new Overthrow Boxing Club for the history-making Mayweather vs. McGregor fight on Saturday, August 26th.

Boasting the tagline 'NYC's home of the underground boxing', the gym is an exciting and energizing assault on the senses. Formerly Trash Bar, a Williamsburg watering hole staple, its insides are plastered with artwork, stickers, license plates and memorabilia specific to New York City and those who live in it.

Wall to wall with antsy onlookers, guests included Hailey Clauson, Charlie Himmelstein, Julien Herrera, Brendee Brown and Minka Sicklinger, with performances by ASAP Twelvyy and DJ Nick Catchdubs. Here are the highlights.

*Overthrow Williamsburg will officially open for business September 1.
