In lieu of Milan Fashion Week, the iconic house of Loro Piana unveiled their Fall Winter 2023 Collection Menswear in the heart of the city, in Via Tommaso Grossi 10. With this maison being the primary protagonist of a series of activations tied to the collection theme, Loro Piana fosters an experience aligned with the quintessence of luxury and delightful air enjoyment, in contact with nature or within the metropolitan landscape.

What is a Loro Piana man? The answer lies as an individual who is active in spirit yet a lover of beauty; once informally formal and formally informal; a purveyor of stylish playfulness. Such a far-roaming mindset this season informs a journey across the homelands of the key fibers that reside at the core of Loro Piana’s expertise. The collection swings across colors and atmospheres, moving from Peru to New Zealand, from Australia to Mongolia while expressing the richness in heritage and material innovation that is unique to Loro Piana as a true master of fibers. 

Following the imaginary journey across countries, the wardrobe moves from the blues and greens of the Peruvian sky to the natural hues of New Zealand, dimensional outerwear in rich wool and leather gives way to padded jackets and mildly formal car-coats. The path leads to Australia with weather proof technical outerwear enriched with knits and jackets in deep desert tones and shearling pieces in resonant shades of red ochre and natural beige, and finally reaches Mongolia, where chevron weaves are paired with Cashfur and mixed shearlings for layered and rich outerwear that conveys high winter protection. Sturdy loafers, scarves and woolen caps accessorize the whole of the journey.
