This weekend, Philipp Plein debuted his co-ed Plein Sport Spring 2019 men's collection in Milan. Staying true to character, the ever-theatrical German designer set the stage in a full-size grass tennis court modeled after the Beverly Hills Tennis Club, complete with models donning prep-wear with classic Plein alterations (think low-cut and leather) and a cameo from Paris Hilton.

Though the collection was inspired by tennis, Plein used the show as an opportunity to announce a partnership with AS Monaco FC — a soccer team, for those of you who aren’t following the World Cup religiously — as the team’s official fashion sponsor. According to Women’s Wear Daily, Plein took to the show set with AS Monaco’s vice president, Vadim Vasilyev, before the presentation of the collection.

“Here you see what makes fashion and football such an exciting and interesting combination,” Plein remarked as Pietro Pellegri, one of AS Monaco's youngest players, presented a Plein-branded jersey onstage. “We’re here to dress all these good-looking guys — we try to make them even better looking, I think we’re good at that.”

Check out some of our favorite looks from the collection below.
