Rauw Alejandro and J Balvin Lament Together on “De Cora <3”

The song comes off of Alejandro’s “Afrodisíaco”

Rauw Alejandro and J Balvin join forces in a pine for love on their new track, “De Cora <3” (yes, that’s with the heart). They’re hurting and giving us bops at the same time.

On “De Cora <3,” the two sing about a love that they’ve lost and are pining over her. They talk about following her on Instagram and seeing that she’s doing happy, while still expressing how much they miss her. The reggaeton beats are slick on this one, but the gentle guitar strums thrown in here and there make the song stand out.

The song also comes with a music video, directed by Gus. The video sees the two as mindless factory workers, getting in line with the others in the morning and cleaning off trees of clouds. Shots of them scrubbing clouds are interspersed with the lover that left them, happy with her new life and new man.

The track comes right off of the Puerto Rican singer’s debut album, Afrodisíaco. The album dropped November 13 and features several more collaborations, including with Anuel AA and Tainy.
