Italian designer and former Creative Director of Givenchy Riccardo Tisci and Nike have been in a cutting edge, athleisure love affair with one another for the past several years, collaborating on an Air Force 1 sneaker series and again on the 2016 Olympics-inspired sportswear collection. In 2017, their love is as strong as ever, and Tisci has yet again teamed up with the major shoe brand—this time for the ultra-collaborative Tisci x Nike x NBA line.

On Monday, Oct. 9 the designer teased the upcoming collaboration on Instagram, revealing on Tuesday that its set to hit stores this Thursday as he shared several posts featuring editorial shots of the new campaign.

Tisci's latest effort with Nike includes several fashion pieces for both men and women and updated Air Force 1 kicks. The collection sees inspiration from the classic, American sports look of the NBA as the sneakers bare royal blue and bright red tints and the appeal is designed in minimal, chic shapes featuring graphic prints supporting the Tisci-created Victorious Minotaurs basketball team, as well as the NBA logo.

On Instagram, Tisci wrote: "I'm honored to be part of this important moment as Nike reclaims its partnership with the NBA," calling the project a "dream come true."

Before the collection hits stores in North America on Thursday, Oct. 12 and on Oct. 20 in Paris, take a peak at Tisci's shared pictures below.
