SANTOS BRAVOS From HYBE Latin America Launch Their Debut EP, ‘DUAL’

The Latino boy band steps into a whirlwind of docuseries and festival appearances alongside the release of their debut EP DUAL
Latin pop at full speed: SANTOS BRAVOS’ debut EP reads like a surge of Latin melody soon permeating through global nightclub scenes. Formed through a boy band competition organized by HYBE Latin America last August, the five-member group possesses the next wave of Latin pop, blending regional rhythms with the precision of global pop production. Following a recent performance at Willy Chavarria’s runway at Paris Fashion Week, the rising act is already mapping out a cultural footprint that stretches far beyond Latin America.

Titled DUAL, the debut EP features six tracks that revolve around two defining sides. SANTO captures the group’s innate energy, celebration, and friendship, anchored in melodic Latin pop. BRAVO leans into a more intense pulse, drawing from reggaeton, Brazilian funk, and global club sounds. The album swings between contrasting expressions that together encapsulate the band’s identity.
Take “KAWASAKI” and “MHM,” for example. The former is a club-ready anthem that quickly amassed over 33 million views on YouTube shortly after its release, while the latter is a newly unveiled euphoric track built around soft percussion and airy synths.

The EP’s credits also feature a striking lineup of global producers and songwriters, from Grammy-winning producer/DJ Diplo, HYBE founder Bang Si-Hyuk, to multi-platinum producer Johnny Goldstein.
Looking ahead, SANTOS BRAVOS are stepping into a busy stretch of releases and appearances. detrás de DUAL (Behind DUAL), a new weekly docuseries chronicling the intimate making of the EP, premieres March 15 on Spotify. Alongside documenting the collective’s creative journey, the series also spotlights each member individually: Drew, Kauê, Alejandro, Kenneth, and Gabi.
The group will also kick off its first run of festival dates at Colombia’s Estereo Picnic on March 20, followed by Tecate Pa’l Norte in Monterrey, Mexico on March 29, Guatemala’s Empire Music Festival and Mexico City’s Tecate Emblema in May.
