The virtual concert will be live streamed on January 23rd.
CARATs listen up!
Performance powerhouse SEVENTEEN will be jumping into 2021 by hosting their first-ever live-streamed concert titled ‘<IN-COMPLETE>’. It was announced via Big Hit Entertainment’s global fan community platform Weverse earlier this week.
The show will feature 20 songs along with performances for their global audience. Viewers will be able to enjoy the virtual concert from four multi-view screens consisting of a main display followed by three conceptual ones.
The concert follows their world tour for Ode To You which kicked off in South Korea in August 2019 and ended in the Philippines in February 2020. The world tour was cut short in light of the rise of the COVID 19 pandemic.
South Korean boy band SEVENTEEN solidified their place in the K-pop music landscape after the release of their 7th EP, Heng: garae back in June 2020 which sold 1 million copies upon release. Their recent Semicolon album, released back in October 2020, also surpassed 1.1 million pre-orders.
Since then they have been known as “double million sellers,” landing on the “longest-running album on the Billboard World Albums Chart” for eleven weeks for their 2015 debut EP, 17 CARAT.
‘<IN-COMPLETE>’ will take place on January 23rd at 6 PM KST/ 4 AM EST. Fans can purchase their ticket via the Weverse shop starting tomorrow, January 7 at 4 PM KST.
