HBO just dropped Succession’s season 4 teaser and all we have to say is: Oh. My. God. Ever since the critically-acclaimed show’s jaw dropping finale graced our screens over a year ago, fans everywhere have been begging for a glimpse into what happens next for the family and co, and this teaser gives us everything and more, even announcing that the fourth season will be premiering – mark your calendars – on March 26th.

(Before we continue, I must issue a spoiler alert. So, spoiler alert! Do not read on if you have any intention of starting this show and have somehow made it this far without watching it.)

Following the shocking (or was it?) betrayal of Shiv and her siblings by Tom in their attempt to sway Logan into re-thinking the purchase of the family’s company Waystar Royco by tech billionaire Lukas Mattson over a year ago, the teaser promises us even more betrayal, deceit and drama as the series continues to bring us into their fight for control. Tom seems to be taking center stage as a major power player this upcoming season, seen pledging his loyalty to Logan as Shiv, Roman and Kendall form their own sibling alliance that we’ve all been patiently waiting for.

While the marriage between Shiv and Tom may very well be totally demolished when we reunite with the Roys in March, the promise of another wedding is coming; Willa and Connor seem to be getting united in holy matrimony. And while always unpredictable, if there is one thing we can expect from Succession, it is a wedding as the perfect backdrop for some scheming. On that note, I’m personally hoping to see some more so-random-it’s-actually-amazing Gerri and Roman moments, although this may be unlikely given her allegiance to Waystar Royco and the ever unfolding deals going on there. Finally, we would be remiss to not mention that we will obviously be seeing the bromance between Tom and Greg continue to bloom, perhaps especially as we can assume Tom is on the outs with the siblings.

As Tom says in the trailer, “Like Israel Palestine, Greg. But much harder and more important.” Yeah, Succession is definitely something like that. Let the countdown to March begin!
