Support The AAPI Community With Stop Asian Hate Fundraiser

All funds from the collaborative t-shirt will go to AAPI advocacy groups.

Following the deadly shooting in Atlanta last month and an increase in anti-Asian hate crimes since the start of COVID-19, the AAPI community needs support to combat racism. One of the best ways to help is by donating to advocacy groups to uplift the community.

Asian creatives from all over the world have come together to design a Stop Asian Hate t-shirt, with 100% of the proceeds going to the AAPI Community Fund and Stop #AAPIHATE with Asian Signers. The creative visions of Asian Deaf activists Christine Sun Kim and Ravi Vasavan join forces with illustrator Meeya TjiangĀ  and visual communications agency founder Jeff Staple for the collaborative endeavor.

The t-shirt features off-white graphics on a black long-sleeve signing “Stop Asian Hate” in American sign language. Its left arm reads “STOP ASIAN HATE,” and the right arm displays the deaf power symbol alternated with Jeff Staple’s brand logo.

“We need all hands on deck to combat racism,” said a statement from the creators. “There has never been a greater time to share our stories with non-Asian people. The more we share, the more space and support we get.”

The shirt is available for $50 with international shipping here.
