Supreme & Emilio Pucci Team Up for a Colorful Streetwear Collaboration

The high end streetwear brand has collaborated with the Italian brand for an artistic collection

Supreme has announced an upcoming partnership with Italian brand Emilio Pucci. Celebrating the creator of the iconic fashion designer Don Emilio Pucci and his eponymous label that has influenced the fashion world for over 70 years, the high-end streetwear brand has created another standout collaboration.

Starting his brand in 1947, Emilio Pucci began by designing streamlined ski outfits for Harper’s Bazaar and shortly after set up shop. Known as “The Prince of Prints,” Pucci is famous for his colorful, geometric yet psychedelic prints on just about anything, but most famously on dresses and resort-inspired wear. His iconic swirling, kaleidoscopic creations printed on non-restrictive wrinkle-free garments made the brand synonymous with playful freedom.

In close collaboration between Supreme and Emilio Pucci, they have created a Spring 2021 collection featuring archival prints from Pucci’s past collections Tulipani from 1965 and Fantasia from 1970. The collaboration includes a Smoking Jacket, Sport Jacket, Long Sleeve Shirt, Short Sleeve Shirt, Hooded Sweatshirt, Soccer Jersey, Sport Pant, Sweatpant, Soccer Shorts, Tee, Sunglasses, 6-Panel, Belt, and Zippo Lighter.

Highlights of the collection include an orange, red, green, blue, black and white whimsically patterned hoodie and sweatpants duo as well as a pastel pink, blue, black, and white geometric matching jacket and pants.

The collaboration was shot by photographer David Sims and featured people such as skateboarders Sean Pablo and Aidan Mackey and producer Sage Elsesser to model the collection.

The Supreme x Emilio Pucci Spring 2021 collaboration will be available on SupremeNewYork.com on June 10, 11 a.m. EST in the United States and June 12, 11 a.m. JST in Japan.
