Hamilton is on track to continue dominating the 2020 musical sphere. The cast of the Tony-winning musical will be reuniting to host a special grassroots fundraiser to support the Joe Biden presidential campaign on October 16.

On October 16 at 9 PM, the virtual town hall will be accessible to those who contribute to the Biden Victory Fund. The fundraiser will feature several of the musical’s prominent cast members, including Lin-Manuel Miranda, Daveed Diggs, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Jonathan Groff, Christopher Jackson, Javier Muñoz, Leslie Odom, Jr., Okieriete Onaodowa, and Phillipa Soo.

Thomas Kail, the director of the film version of Hamilton on Disney Plus, will be in attendance to moderate a Q&A with the cast. Following that, a special performance will take place.

This isn’t the first time the cast is showing its support to the Democratic nominee, also performing for Hillary Clinton’s campaign in 2016. Several other prominent casts have come together in support of the Democratic party this election season, including cast reunions for Veep and The Princess Bride
